      These numbers come from public Taiwan ladders that have been running for months — full gear, a settled economy, and a class mix that already had time to warp. Europe and other Western PC regions are still launching. Day-one there will not look like this, and we do not invent an EU or NA ladder from this sample.

      Rankings, samples and what is not live yet

      Use Tier List, Leaderboard and Meta when you want a TW snapshot. Those ladders are months old. Do not treat them as Europe meta or as a preview of a Western server that has not opened yet. The rest of Armory waits on official Western services.

      Can I search a Western character here?

      Not until those services exist. The Rankings hub is honest about launch: player search and live EU/NA boards are marked coming-at-launch. Tier List, Leaderboard and Meta previews use labelled TW samples.

      Is this the meta for a server that is about to open?

      No. These boards are public Taiwan samples from servers that have been live for months. Gear, economy and the class mix are already mature. That is not Europe or NA day-one, and we do not treat it as a forecast.
